The hotel provided a comfortable and clean environment for our stay, making it a pleasant place to hang out during self-isolation. However, the 24-hour noise from the air conditioning units outside could be bothersome. The service was excellent, although it could be more proactive in assisting guests with certain amenities. The location is convenient but small, with potential gourmet delights nearby. The dining experience, while chaotic, offered some homemade delights. The facilities were well-maintained but lacked some organization in the dining area.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, but the lack of window screens limits fresh air circulation. The thin walls may affect noise levels. On the upside, the rooms are well-priced and cozy.

The hotel rooms smelled strongly of Febreze, but they were quite comfortable, especially to accommodate my disabled husband and his dog, aside from being a bit noisier. The service felt like the staff should reconsider their industry, despite having shuttles at all times, and there was an issue of being overcharged for the room, which they rectified after I pointed it out. The location, near the area I was visiting on business, was ideal although the busy street's traffic in clear view in the evening was a downside. The dining experience offered a warm boiled egg and some ready-made packs, but the waffle mix was watered down. The hotel facilities were adequate overall.
